At Smart Storage, we know firsthand how chaotic life can get—because we live it every day! With three kids and a house full of mess, we’re always on the hunt for smarter, more efficient ways to stay organised.

What started as our own journey to find practical storage solutions has grown into a business dedicated to helping Aussie families create more space and less stress in their homes. Having driven around to various shops to find what were after and with both of us working full-time we found it near on impossible to get the right products and what we needed in a day. So... we decided to bring it all together online so you can shop at your convenience and indeed get all your solutions at once. We believe that great storage isn’t just about tidiness—it’s about making everyday life easier, more functional, and a little less hectic.

We started the business in early March 2025, with carefully selected high-quality products from trusted Australian suppliers, ensuring that what we offer is both reliable and built to last. Whether you need clever kitchen organisers, space-saving furniture, or smart storage for the garage, we’re always on the lookout for the best solutions to share with you. It has not been easy and to be honest a lot of anxiety along the way as to whether anyone shared the same problems we did.... We know we will make mistakes and select the wrong product every now and then, but we hope you can forgive us and work with us to get better.

We are acutely aware that when stocking similar products to larger retailers we may not be able to beat their prices (although we will try damn hard!). But that is why we started to think about our offer to you:

  • Support - When you need help or want a yarn, you speak with us not a call centre.
  • Free Shipping > $50 - Even though it will cost us, we are not passing on the cost of delivery as we want you to see the price of the product and that is it. No hidden costs.
  • Guides & Information - One of our passions is trying to help solving issues or understanding our products. Hence you will see our news / blogs section updated quite regularly and we try to put up descriptions and details as basic as possible.
  • Marketing - We know we are not naturals at it, but we will keep trying to be true to ourselves. Will we get help every now and then, probably. But we know we are not good at it and that's ok. (One day we might nail an ad!!!)
  • The Truth - We will always be honest. If we don't have a suitable product or can't solve your issue we will say that and not try to convince you otherwise. If that means we find you another suitable business that can help we will.
  • Feedback -  We will always listen to customer feedback and ensure we respond. Every piece of feedback or review is read by us and we assess the right way to respond or resolve it. (Notably, recent feedback made us change our website)

But we’re not just about storage—we’re about having fun along the way! We’re a humble family giving this business our best shot, learning as we go, and hoping to make life a little more organised (or maybe just a little less messy) for other families too.
